VEGETABLE TYPE CLASSIFICATION USING NAIVE BAYES ALGORITHM BASED ON IMAGE PROCESSING

There are so many different varieties of vegetables in Indonesia that the sorting procedure presents difficulties. In an effort to expedite introduction smart farming Indonesia, more agricultural assistance techniques will be created. Utilizing Naive Bayes algorithm is one way may used advance agriculture Indonesia. Image processing consists converting RGB images grayscale images, segmenting using thresholding method, collecting image features based on HSV average value and object area, classifying pictures algorithm. This research seeks use technologies products, particularly vegetables. The system comprised a single picture captured by digital camera. were eight employed for data, with total eighty consisting 64 training data 16 test data. Spinach, green chilies, red chayote, cucumber, eggplant, tomatoes, carrots categorized. categorization findings indicate 87.5 % values produced this approach accurate. study demonstrates method has high degree accuracy processing. It anticipated would promote implementation 4.0
